South zone: abandoned factories, lonely and dark roads that shone in other times that seemed to be better. The silent streets with the smell of cement are our suburban desert. On the south side of the city, Southsiders brings sound to the broken asphalt of the city with their stoner, hard rock and desert. their vintage sound is the voice of memory, but it is also the voice of the road and speed. Of distortion and crackle of fiery tubes is the music of Southsiders.

This guy’s drumming is off the hook, and his bass is, too. This album has more of a delta blues vibe than his last offering, and both are fantastic. For someone as prolific as he is, his technical progression is notable. I’d love to see what this guy would do with a band. Lute FP
